Realize it or not but you should proof it before you believe this!
Our little world in our head, A.K.A our mind is really powerful.
When you wake up in the morning, you smile, you're feeling so good because you just had a very good dream, and you open the window to feel the morning breeze on your face, to feel the comforting sunshine upon you. You take a deep breath.. "Aahh... what a wonderful day!"
When you think like this, the whole day become a wonderful day to you. You can even smile and greet your neighbors or even anyone on the road you've met. Also, you become very generous, you're willing to help everyone who needs your help. You can see their thankful faces, feel their happiness and you also are happy too. And the day is closed with great thing happening, that makes you feel soooo happyyy!!! Maybe you meet an old friend, or you get a surprise, or you get bonus, or else.
And the next day....
You wake up late. You're very late to the office and you damn everything, "SHIIITT!!!" You have to rush this morning. You can't catch a bus or train or subway, even none of the taxis. Again you feel annoying, upset, worry, frustrating and again you say, "SHIT!"
Or if you drive to the office, when you're caught on traffic in the morning or your should stop when there's red light, which makes your patient meter to sub-zero level, you start to damn everything even to the traffic light that is just a non-living thing.
The whole day, then, become a very shitting day to you, no smiling, your colleagues' faces become something that you're not willing to see, or you will be annoyed by them. When you look at the mirror, you will see the frown on your forehead and your lips down.
And the day is closed terribly and stress weighs you down. Some of you might get insomnia...
These two cases might happen to us, well, some of us.
This is the play actually made by our mind, which our mind has controlled us and not us controlling our mind.
Be wise, dear friends...
We're the master of our own mind, so don't be slaved by our own mind.
When the negative feeling has popped up in our mind, then quickly realized it, don't let bad mood changed your good day to bad day.
You should stop! Take a breath, as long as you can, you know your heart has stomped so fast, and take a breath again, repeat it several times. Say to yourself something good, maybe "It's okay," or "All is well", or "I'm cool!"
Never blame or damn anything when you can't catch a bus, train, subway or taxi or you're caught on traffic or you run out of gas. When you feel frustrating because of this terrible situation, get to realize your breath again, realize your heart beat again, realize that you've made frown on your face, realize your now-movements, then, try to smile again, say something good to yourself... "This situation might happen to me now or later, it's just common natural thing, so, this ain't a big problem"
Then feel that the good energy has flown to your body and hope that you can say again, "What a wonderful day....!!!" Then it's yours... Be Happy :)
