AAARRRGH!! Acne!! SOS!

Having acne on our face is such a big disaster. It's doomed for our self esteem. To get rid of acne some of us may go to the skin doctors or trying so many products that could cure our face to flawless. There are some simple tips that may help us to get rid of the disaster thing:
1. clean the face regularly, 2-3 times a day, not more than 3 times or the skin will be thinner. Don't be lazy to clean your face if you want to have flawless skin. Use the suitable skin type face wash, it must be oil free. Remember to apply toner after cleansing for the better result.
2. apply face mask twice a week, don't ever scrub your face when naughty acne pops out. It may hurt.
3. eat more vegie and fruits, eat less meat. FYI, constipation may cause acne appears on your face. I've experienced it before, trust me.
4. avoid fried food, junk food or fast food and greasy food should be avoided.
5. never touch your face with unclean hands
6. never cover your face with hair. Your face needs air to breath and hair could carry dust or bacteria that makes your acne even worse
7. sleep well, don't get stress. Always sleep late means you always welcome the acne to visit your skin.
8. apply oil free and anti UV moisturizer on your face. It's a must thing.
9. cut down on alcohol and cigars. It's good for your health also. Drink more water for 2 liter a day.
10. be patient and BE YOURSELF! A healthy look face will be yours someday.
Make your own life healthier, happier and meaningful!

My Boss Is Herr Der (A Journal Of A Stress Worker)

Once at 08.30 A.M, looking inside the office, if he's not sitting there, that means I save my own life till 05.00 P.M.
Sometimes, he will come late maybe around 10.00 A.M and above, because he has to go somewhere else like going to the gym. Well, when he comes, my hearts beat so fast just by hearing his coming voice. Very loud barks, "WOONG!! WOONG!!!WOOOOOONG!!!!" The barking voice always makes me shrink around 20% of my normal height.
Look at his sulking face and the arrogant way of walking, it makes my heart stopped pumping for few seconds because he is just like a dementor sucking up people's happiness.
And when he calls me to his office, my heart almost pops out from its place and I shrink more than 25% of my normal height and I feel depressing when entering his office. I think that there must be a problem.....
I feel like in hell on earth when he investigates me. He is trying to sniff out all my days before mistakes if I had done one perhaps. Though I don't do any mistakes and the things go perfectly right, he will still throw out his poo to my face because all he needed is to create trouble when there's no trouble.
If he promises any rewards, I never take it seriously as a challenge because he never keeps his word though I've already made good achievement for the company target. He will give any unreasonable reason that turns me down.
He's a very misser boss I ever met.
There is no rewards given, but punishments.
If I keep working in this company, I'm idiot. I plan to quit as soon as possible.
Working with a herder is such a HELL ON EARTH!!!!!!!!!

One Good Deed Which Is Really Hard To Do

Sabbe Satta Bhavantu Sukhitatta....
Wish All Beings Will Be In Happiness.....

Well, it's kinda very easy for us that we can wish any animals won't be hurt if we heard the sentence above.
Some of us will be a vegan that means they don't want to hurt them.
That's really good thought.
We can show compassion for animals which are lovely and harmless, how about mosquitoes?????
Gee... this insect is really awfull, like vampire sucking our blood and buzzing around when we're sleeping. Some of us may use insect spray to kill them.
But isn't mosquito part of beings that we ever wish not to be hurt?
In Buddhist, animals mean all animals, harmless or harmfull, that we should show the compassion towards them.
Once I kill or hurt one of them, that means I've already broken my first determination of  PANCASILA (five morals): "Panatipata Veramani Sikkhapadam Samadiyami (I determine not to kill or harm)"
One night, it was hot, really I couldn't sleep very well. I just turned myself around the bed. And suddenly, came Mrs Mosquito who trapped in my room. Maybe after sucking my blood that I didn't realize, she came flying around my ears, then buzzing, buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....................
I swapped my hand around my ear to get rid the buzzing thingy, and Mrs Mosquito was very stubborn, she still buzz..... buzz.... buzz.....
Ow!! Really disturbing!!!!!! I turned on the light and tried to find out Mrs Mosquito who was hiding anywhere else. For minutes, I had no clues to find her and turned off the light, off to bed again.
Not more than a minute when I thought that I could sleep well, Mrs Mosquito showed up! She was buzzing again......... and again... and again......
Oh, No!! She really made me mad!!!!! GRRRRRRR...... but....
I realized that I shouldn't kill her, that's her nature thing, besides, everyweek I go to Buddhist Temple and repeat the PANCASILA, especially the first line of PANCASILA; not to kill.
Then I said to her, actually to myself, "I won't kill you. I won't hurt you. I know that you actually want to go out of my small bedroom as soon as possible to feel the fresh air. Could you hide somewhere else now and don't disturb my sleep? I promise that in the morning I will set you free from my room, just let me sleep tonight."
This happened, after all I didn't here any disturbing sound.
And when morning I opened the door widely, and here Mrs Mosquite (really fat) showed herself and flew away.
That's nice... That night I could passed "not to kill" determination, sigh....
Hopefully another day, if same thing happens, I will pass it also.
It's really a small good deed that really hard to do.
